১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
প্ল্যাটফর্মটি শুধুমাত্র ১৮+ ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য
সকল প্রোফাইল KYC ভেরিফিকেশন বাধ্যতামূলক

২. ফ্রিল্যান্সারদের জন্য
✅ অধিকার:
১০% কমিশনে কাজ করার সুযোগ
সাপ্তাহিক পেমেন্ট উত্তোলন

⚠️ নিষেধাজ্ঞা:
কপিপেস্ট প্রোপোজাল নিষিদ্ধ
ফেক রিভিউ দিলে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্লক

৩. ক্লায়েন্টদের জন্য
✅ অধিকার:
Escrow মাধ্যমে নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট
কাজ পুনর্বিবেচনার সুযোগ

⚠️ দায়িত্ব:
স্পষ্ট কাজের বিবরণ দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক
ফ্রিল্যান্সার নির্বাচনের পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পেমেন্ট

৪. পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড
সকল লেনদেন বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (BDT)
রিফান্ডের জন্য ৩ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে

৫. গোপনীয়তা
আপনার ডেটা শুধুমাত্র প্ল্যাটফর্ম উন্নয়নে ব্যবহৃত হবে
কখনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না

1. General Terms
The platform is for 18+ users only
All profiles KYC verification is mandatory

2. For Freelancers
✅ Rights:
Opportunity to work on 10% commission
Weekly payment withdrawal

⚠️ Restrictions:
Copy-paste proposals are prohibited
Account blocked if fake reviews are given

3. For Clients
✅ Rights:
Secure payment through Escrow
Opportunity to reconsider work

⚠️ Responsibilities:
Clear job description is mandatory
Payment within 72 hours of freelancer selection

4. Payment and Refund
All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
Refunds take 3 working days

5. Privacy
Your data will only be used for platform development
Never shared with third parties
